At PnH Astrologer Services (Planetsnhouses), we clearly communicate to all clients that we do not guarantee or provide any assurance of specific results from any astrological remedy or spiritual process suggested, recommended, or performed by us.

Any spiritual process or remedy should be understood as a form of prayer and spiritual practice directed toward planetary energies. Such processes do not guarantee any particular outcome. The result may be favourable, delayed, limited, or may not occur at all.

Accordingly, Planetsnhouses shall not be held responsible for any delay, lack of results, partial results, or failure of any remedy or spiritual process. In the event that the expected results are not achieved, are delayed, or the remedy is perceived by the client as unsuccessful, no refund or reimbursement of any kind shall be entertained.

Planetsnhouses acts solely as a facilitator of the spiritual or remedial service at the client's request. The client understands and acknowledges that the outcome of any spiritual process cannot be guaranteed or controlled by Planetsnhouses.

By proceeding with and making payment for any spiritual process or remedy, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the absence of any guarantee of results and the no-refund policy in the event of delay, non-performance, or failure to achieve the expected outcome.

Terms and Conditions for Horoscope Analysis

Dr. Hemant Barua and PnH Astro Services (Planetsnhouses) do not claim or guarantee that any predictions, interpretations, or observations provided during a horoscope analysis will be 100% accurate or certain.

During a consultation, Dr. Hemant Barua analyses the planetary influences reflected in the client's horoscope based on his knowledge, experience, and understanding of Vedic Astrology. He provides his best professional analysis, interpretation, predictions, suggestions, guidance, and advice based on the information available through the horoscope.

However, all predictions and guidance provided during the consultation are subject to interpretation and should not be considered guaranteed outcomes. Clients are expected to use their own judgment, wisdom, and discretion when considering or acting upon any suggestion, guidance, or advice provided during the consultation.

Neither Dr. Hemant Barua nor PnH Astro Services (Planetsnhouses) provides any guarantee, warranty, or assurance regarding the accuracy, occurrence, timing, or outcome of any prediction, suggestion, guidance, or advice provided during the consultation.

The client acknowledges that astrology is a spiritual science and that its interpretations and predictions cannot guarantee specific results or future events. Circumstances, decisions, actions, and other factors may influence outcomes.

If any prediction, guidance, suggestion, or advice does not produce the expected result, does not materialise, is delayed, or differs from the client's expectations, the client shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, reimbursement, or claim of any nature whatsoever.

The consultation fee is charged for the time, expertise, analysis, and consultation provided by Dr. Hemant Barua, and not for the guarantee of any particular result or outcome.

By booking and paying for a horoscope consultation, the client confirms that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions before proceeding with the consultation.
